The activity tuckered him out and he spend most of the rest of the day sleeping.
tyson did part of his napping on the way to Spirit Rock Meditation Center, to pick up our friend Kristin who had just completed a week of silent meditation. On the way up there we got caught in some traffic and were surprised to find that the cause of the back-up was a piece of plastic stuck to a light pole along the freeway. It was really lovely blowing in the wind and people were slowing down to watch it a bit. Here's a pic, but it doesn't capture the beauty of the flowing plastic.
